Rule Comments, My husband and I are retirees, so a large proportion of our income comes from stock investments and a pension plan. We care about corporate responsibility; the companies in which we invest belong to all shareholders, not just those in the C-suites. We want our voices heard and don't want rules that favor CEO's.
