Rule Comments, I’m retired now after 43-years working and I have funds in a pension plan. I care about corporate irresponsibility. I’m concerned about deteriorating labor standards, human rights violations against men and women, and about corporate decisions that effect the environment. I’m also disgusted with executive overpayment. I expect the SEC to lookout for all Americans and I don’t favor the SEC tilting the playing field in favor of corporate CEOs. Ronald Drahos [redacted]
