Rule Comments, Please do not enact this bill which is only meant to cement corporate power in the hands of the CEOs. We who invest in these corporations must retain the ability to hold management accountable for employee rights and safety standards, their respect for or lack of respect for environmental changes caused by the way they do business, how these changes affect the lives and health of neighbors of their workplaces, and what these Crops are doing with our investments. Rules must be fair to all sides, and not be another stab in the back to the low and middle class by the wealthy. NO, corporations ARE NOT people. More consideration must be given to the needs of the workers and potential customers than to a higher compensation package for the management team or the CEO. Phyllis Edinberg [redacted]
