Rule Comments,
I am employed full time in the public sector for the state of Oregon for over 16 years.I have some retirement savings invested in stocks and bonds. The SEC is tasked with protecting investors from predatory and illegal use of these investment funds. At a time when there is much polarization between those with wealth and those without much wealth, it is of utmost importance that the SEC be open and transparent and not try to change the rules and in this case change the rules in favor of big corporate CEOs and large investors. Small investors like myself and millions of other citizens in our country should not be locked out or limited in their ability to call out corporations when they don't listen to all their investors and again only favor those at the top. The SEC is there for all of us! I favor corporations with strong labor standards, a fair executive compensation plan, and a company that upholds human and worker rights and cares about our environment. I ask that you no t pass this unfair rule change.
