Rule Comments, I am a psychologist working in a college mental health center. I care about corporate responsibility—labor standards, executive compensation, human rights and the environment. My retirement is invested through TIAA CREF, which depends on shareholder proposals as part of a democratic process that holds corporate CEOs accountable. Consequently, I oppose making it harder for all Main Street investors to file shareholder proposals. I don’t want rules tilted in favor of corporate CEOs.
