Rule Comments, As a retiree and investor with funds in the market I should not be restricted or otherwise throttled in my ability to have input into the actions and practices of the companies that benefit from my funds. If a majority of investors disagree with the strategy or have viable alternative information about another strategy it makes sense that they need to be heard. Allowing CEO's and/or other officers of a publicly traded company to stifle investors who's monies they're using undermines the basis of public investment in stocks. Rodney Whisenhunt [redacted]
