Rule Comments,
Good Morning,
I’m a small investor and have been investing since I was old enough to do so. I’m also a professional who works in media, film and advertising.
Listen, if shareholders own stock in a company, then they have the right to have opinions about how the company does business. Shareholder proposals are a part of the cost of doing business as a public company, if company boards don’t want input from shareholders then perhaps those boards and company leadership should take their companies off the exchanges and “go private.”
Thank you for your time,
Sincerely,
Francesca
