Rule Comments,
I am a degreed manufacturing engineer and have been working in precision metal cutting for almost 30 years.
Corporate CEOs do NOT speak for me, and they must not be allowed to squelch the voices of their stakeholders in the labor force and humanity in general. WE have a stake in the environment, whether we work for large corporations or not. WE pay for the "externalities" of waste and pollution that are created so that a tiny minority collects most of the wealth generated.
Instead of this blatant attempt to use SEC rules to avoid being held accountable for any misdeeds, I think we should require that workers and community stakeholders should comprise 50% +1 of every corporations Board of Commissioners.
