Rule Comments, Dear Commissioners, I am writing to comment on S7-23-19 and support individual investors input into corporate responsibility. I am a member and employee of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and an individual stock owner where I participate in the investor process. I also invest in mutual funds and a participant in pension plans. My individual and workers capital MUST NOT be silenced as owners of the corporations in which we invest.
