Rule Comments, My husband and I are retired, and we invest in the stock market. We care about how laborers are treated, we think executive compensation is way too high, we contribute monthly to try to improve human rights, and we compost, recycle, carry our own straws, print on scrap paper, and do just about everything we know to help the environment. We don't want the SEC to be tilted in favor of corporate CEO's because we think they are often driven almost exclusively by money and power, and that is not good for us, the country, or the world.
