Rule Comments, I am a retired teacher and am writing to say that as an investor for over 35 years I have stock portfolio as well as a pension plan. I want you to know that I care deeply about corporate responsibilities such as labor standards, human right, the environment as well as CEO compensation. I think it is the responsibility of the SEC to protect small investors like myself, not give the advantage to corporate CEOs. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
