Rule Comments, As a working musician, I have a small portfolio of investments. SEC rules needs to favor Main Street investors, not corporate CEO. I believe in Corporate Responsibility- fair labor standards, reasonable, not bloated executive compensation, human rights, and the environment. Rules must not be slanted in favor of corporate CEO's.
