Rule Comments, I am outraged to find out that our rights as stockholders to have input to the corporations we invest in are being challenged by corporate CEOs and that they are lobbying for those changes by posing as normal stockholders writing letters. Why would any normal stockholder want to lobby to eliminate their right to have input? This power grab is outrageous. Elizabeth Butler [redacted]
