Rule Comments, As a working musician, saving and investing for more than 30 years, I am disgusted by the behavior of the executive class (their entitlement and greed and attempts to further silence the voices of smaller investors.) A generalization, I know, but more true than not. It is a reprehensible notion that executive power should grow and further diminish the rights of the small investor.
