Rule Comments, My name is Paul Franzmann, I'm retired, and own a very modest portfolio and an even more modest pension. I firmly believe in corporate transparency and responsibility -to labor, human rights, and the environment. Its also no secret the executive compensation has gotten incredibly bloated over the past several decades creating an unstable and largely unholy wealth gap in this country. Tilting the rules to favor corporations and those bloated executives is precisely the wrong direction to take.
