Dear SEC
As a small investor with a teacher pension and a managed account, I am dismayed that you are thinking of raising the investment bar shareholder resolutions about topics that are very close to my heart like transparency on political donations, board composition, and, for utility companies, plans to address climate change and achieve net zero carbon emissions.

I am a Main Street investor, unlike the letters in support of policy change that the newspapers reported came from the same source. How can this be a credible message to send to corporations? It makes a mockery of the whole process. As a mother, teacher, and climate change activist, I fully support maintaining the current rules that allow average investors like me to speak to power.

Yours sincerely,
Sara Snow
