Dear Sirs,

I oppose this new limitation on shareholder proposals. I frequently own 100-500 shares of companies I invest in. At a price of $10-$50 this would give me a $1000 to $25000 stake in a company (my usual stake is in the range of $5000 to $20000). This means I would most likely not meet the new limit for submitting shareholder proposals in some companies (ever) and would have to own stock for three years for almost all the companies I invest in. Please reconsider imposing stricter limits on shareholder proposals, because many companies are so engaged in short term profit maximization that they are not creating long term value or addressing issues of value to their stockholders, employees, customers or this nation.
