September 14, 2022 I believe this amendment will provide much needed uniformity and clarity to the current reporting process. While some market participants will oppose this legislation, due to the increased responsibilities on their part, I believe the timely and accurate reporting of this data is essential to maintain the transparency, integrity, and overall stability of the financial markets.
