Thank you for the opportunity to submit comments to the Amendments to Form PF as proposed by the SEC and CFTC (File No. S7-22-22).

The scrutiny of Form PF is an important tool for the SEC and FSOC to assess the health, risk exposure, and stability -- or fragility -- of certain participants in financial markets.

In order to increase the overall transparency and to allow for a more reliable, data-driven approach to risk awareness for those key actors tasked with market oversight, the proposed Amendments to Form PF are welcome as a necessary and helpful step towards a future of increased trust in financial markets, market resilience and to monitor and manage systemic risk due to potentially reckless business practices by family offices and other special purpose vehicles that have the potential to jeopardize financial market stability.

It is especially important to increase the overall level of transparency by requiring Private Funds to provide very detailed, timely, and highly accurate lists of their assets under management and beneficial owners of their funds.

Aggregate reporting for certain large hedge fund advisers should also be removed in order to fulfill said transparency requirement.

Blockchain technology such as block explorers and decentralized finance innovations such as lending and staking pools provide a level of transparency and order execution quality never seen before.

If the U.S. financial industry wants to keep up with those technology-heavy industry innovators, more transparency is urgently needed. The proposed amendments to Form PF are a first step.

Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. It is very much appreciated.

Sincerely,
