Attention: Vanessa Countryman, As a member of the Shareholder Advocacy committee of the Sisters of the Humility of Mary, I am opposed to the changes to the Shareholder resolution process proposed in Exchange Act Release #87458. We take our engagement with companies as a serious responsibility and have found it beneficial to both parties.
