Dear Chairman Clayton, I am writing in support of the proposed SEC Proxy Firm rule. I appreciate your work and efforts on behalf of shareholders like myself that have retirement investments in mutual funds and have not tracked how proxy advisory firms were voting the shares in those investments. I live in Magnolia Texas and have been a long time energy industry worker. I have recently started my own business serving the energy industry and don't have a lot of time to keep up with these issues.
