Proxy Firm Rule 


Dear Chairman Clayton, 


Thank You for standing up for us.  I am a citizen from Raleigh, NC.  I don't approve of proxy companies voting for things that don't support shareholders' best interests and profits, specifically left-wing political and social issues.
