Dear Chairman Clayton, My name is Jon Kopel. I am 65 years old and live in New York. My father worked on Wall Street his whole life. He would be quite dismayed by the current situation regarding proxy firms. It has come to my attention that proxy firms are deviating from their intended purpose/to increase shareholder value. It is not their job to succumb to liberal interest groups personal benefit which are usually counterproductive, absurd and immoral. Please stop and stand up to their political and social agendas.
