If you really want to keep bad actors out of the Reg D 506 market, list the names of the attorneys who wrote the PPM for the bad actor issuer on the same website, and list the name of the managing broker-dealer, as well, for the past 10 years. Then you'll have transparency in the marketplace along with all material facts.
Investors are fed up with all of the slick Wall Street types in the 506 market who leave the investor with the problem and the burden of inconvenience after the bad actor takes their money and all of the fees are paid to BD's, Reps and lawyers.
