I am a retail investor. I am writing to provide feedback on the “expert market.” My belief is that all OTC stocks should not be relegated to a brokerage where retail investors can’t access. After all, retail investors may buy crypto such as fartcoin, or penny stocks not on the expert market. Many old stocks, especially preferreds and $25 par securities that are fixed income; have been relegated to the expert market, basically making it impossible for retail investors to transact at reasonable transaction costs. This includes well known issues that have a quirk, such as KTBA (bellsouth AT&T is the underlying) or MSSEL, which is an entity within national grid. This also includes preferreds which were bought by private entities and they are now stranded, such a the old ps business parks issues, PSBXP. I am asking for you to consider to allow them accessible at the large brokerages that common people use, including Fidelity, Schwab, etc. the way the rules are currently written make impossible to buy there.. just try if you don’t believe me. Thanks, Tony Henderson
