In my profession as a police officer, there is a fine line that represents the difference between what is right what is wrong. I am proud to represent the side in doing the right thing consistently proudly. I would hope your agency, that polices over certain entities, and has been chosen to represent everyday people, as do I with my profession, would be on the same side of the line as myself its fellow constituents in doing the right thing. Working towards making S7-20-21 Rule 10b5-1 and Insider Trading relevant enforceable would be a considerable step in building credibility, honoring your oath in office, and being on the right side of the line.
