Ha. Insider trading. Fun topic. Politicians, Bankers, Corporate Executives, Governmental figures, all are participating shamelessly and you have been blinded/toothless against them. I highly doubt this would do anything but it is a start.
If this is not enforced properly/harshly as needed, you are just screwing over majority of 99.999% public. You know better it's a zero sum game. Those are shamelessly taking advantage/stealing from general public and you know better. Again, I do no have confidence on SEC that this will make any change based on your previous actions. Actions speak louder than words. DO NOT LET MAJORITY \"RETAILS\" DOWN.
