I find it appalling that the SEC has instituted the halting of naked short sales on select securities. This "naked short selling" is a global wide problem that continues to destroy capital of most companies in US markets.
The SEC should halt all Naked Short Sales on all securities.
Settlement needs to be complete and proper.
Enforce the law.
