Mr Cox:
nake shorting IMO has and will continue to be something
that can destroy a company. Letting hedge funds have there free will to bring the price of a company to a point where
they can not obtain funds, do to the price of there stock, can stop great ideas from being brought to market. It is making America fall behind in the world.All it it doing is
make more money for the hedge funds.The small investor is
working in an unfair playing field.Please don't be the dead
man walking people are calling you.protect us the small investor
