CRIMINAL PROSECUTION
Tron: Excellent read (Forbes article) and excellent comments. It all falls on what USED to be a respectable enforcement agency (60's 70's) to nothing more than a partner in crime. I was employed by the S.E.C. in Washington D.C. when Manny Cohen was the Chairman. There has been NO ONE that carries near the respect of "Manny". What fear I used to have when doing examinations that I may overlook a non-compliance issue Cox and his puppeteers should all be brought to the forefront with criminal prosecution for aiding and abetting. All of us retail investors must unite and create a fund and go do the same things the other hedgies are doing and use our gains to prosecute--NOT--I guess that would be taking the government into our own hands--like that isn't being done now by these criminals. As "they" say, "laws are only made to be broken"
