if you are going to stop naked shorting it should be applied to ALL types of securities, not selectively applied as is being proposed. how can you do this for financial institutions and leave out all others? mining and metals shares are constantly exposed to this criminality and nothing is done.
please stop this practise and arrest the individuals responsible.
