Why is the SEC not helping the individual investor? You are certainly pleasing the shorts with the YEARS not weeks or months to control the illegal practice of naked short selling. I thought that COUNTERFEITING was illegal. I guess not, because the SEC is allowing it with naked short selling. When are you going to make the naked shorts step up to the plate and COVER THEIR ILLEGAL ACTS. Also when did you start to run "favorites" with big money companies and totally ignore the small OTC stocks. You have just issued a "No short" for some big blues, but ignore the smaller and more vulnerable companies that have been NSSed to death. Isn't that a form of discrimination?
DO YOUR JOB. MAKE NAKED SHORT SELLING ILLEGAL, MIGHT I ADD THAT IT IS ALREADY ILLEGAL. STOP THE SHORTING OF VULNERABLE SMALL COMPANIES AND ABOLISH SHORTING OR NSS FOR STOCKS UNDER $5.00 PER SHARE.
