Dear Sir/Madam
Stopping naked shorting is easy and appropriate. SHO did not accomplish that goal. Eliminating naked shorting only for the large financial companies is a gross injustice. These large companies have cuased untold harm creating trillions of dollars in dirivatives. They are also the likely source of significant naked shorting of countless smaller companies leading to a starvation of capital for many innovative companies that could greatly help our country. Eliminate naked shorting for all companies now!!
