You must do something NOW to eliminate illegal short sales of stocks and enforce all regulations that will stop FTD's (failed to deliver). I suggest shortening the time period 24 hours and INFORCE it
This has gone on WAY TOO LONG Do something NOW
It is immoral and unconscionable that this has been tolerated for SO LONG. It undermines the very character and morality of America.
