Dear Sir, I support any and all rule changes that would make naked short selling non-existent and eliminate failure to deliver problems.
Please close all loop holes and shut this practice down. It might also help if violators were prosecuted. Thanks for your increased efforts to shut down this fraud. Regards, Bob Dutton
