Hello:
Please ban the naked shorting of all stocks on all exchanges.
I am a senior citizen who has invested in common stocks for the past thirty-five years.
Our country will be a better place to live if the ground rules for investing are level for all participants.
The current situation only favors professional manipulators/speculators who only take from our system, giving nothing.
