I cannot understand how the Government agencies entrusted to enforce existing regulations can be so selectively blind to the outrages that are perpetrated daily in the stock and commodity markets.
Manipulation is the "Name of the Game" - I have no hope that anything will change until the system implodes on itself.
The fact that I am even having to write speaks volumes.
