I am a CMKX shareholder and am aware that the SEC is delaying release of trust funds that are intended for distribution to the shareholders of CMKX. These funds rightfully belong to the shareholders and I respectfully request that you release these funds immediately that have been wrongfully withheld from us for the past two years.
I will be contacting my Congress representatives and Senators regarding this issue if the funds are not released by the end of July, 2008. I will also proceed to get the information about this injustice to the public by whatever means possible.
