I have been naked shorted and I have proof ..... please pass the law so I can recieve my stockcertificate request from january 15th 2008. In my oppinion it should be against the law for a broker to sell a stock and not deliver it. when i asked my broker for a stock certificate in a request my broker contacted the DTCC for the stock certificate and the DTCC told my broker that the stock is "non-transferable" and a chill restriction has been placed on it to protect the financial marketplace from problems.
