To the commissioners:

I am a CMKX shareholder. I am also an American citizen. I am aware that the SEC is delaying release of trust funds that are intended for distribution to the shareholders of CMKX. I respectfully request that you release these funds that have been wrongfully withheld from us for the past 16 months. Should the funds not be released in a timely fashion, I intend to contact my Senators and Congressmen, and those listed below about this issue and if the problem remains unresolved, I intend to participate in a march on Washington DC and in particular the SEC offices to publicly address this injustice.

Regulation SHO does not work and you have plenty of evidence to support that. Why does it take our comments to tell you something you already know?

If nothing is done soon, I will inform everyone I know about how the stock market is rigged against the american people. The SEC has done very little to protect the american investor. These brokers/investment houses steal billions then you fine them thousands. I would say, business is going well. We suppress the term NSS and lead the American Public into thinking the subprime issue is the cause of everything.

A FED CALL IS IN ORDER

Sincerely,

TIMOLIN JULKES
