Brokers should be held accounable for any short position after a designated time frame and it should be no longer than days and not months. Any transaction should be settled in a quick and approbiate time. Allowing any broker to keep an unsettled trade any longer than this only attracts more crime in the market and allows crooks to manipulate the market. Every thing should have a time period attached and their should be no exceptions. It is wrong for a company to be allowed on the sho list any longer than days. This is a crime against the companies and our country.
