This exemption by the MM to short naked is being misused and abused. Get rid of it, otherwise it will be known which side of the fair playing field argument the SEC sits on.
I won't even go through the arguments, if you don't know FTDs are rampant esp as applied to small companies, you just haven't been keeping up with current events.
