I am writing to express my serious concerns about naked short stock sales/fail to deliever I wrongly assumed that the stock market was a "level playing field".NAKED SHORT SELLING is thieft of small investers future and funds,we are counting on you protect us and the future small companies chances to servive.Small business is the future of our country, and or childrens/grand kids livlyhood.Don't write-off or retirement,and futures.Stop the back-door thiefts.Make the market makers, hedge funds and broker/dealers accountable for their actions.Put some teeth in these laws,and sink these teeth into some high profile backsides.The troops we get the message and fall into line. Think of the loses to our economy of just one company the next micro/soft as hundreds of small companies are robbed/ruined before they have a chance to take off.Stealing the future is wrong nomatter what you call it. naked short selling is thieft
