LEND has announced that 97% of its shares have been tendered to the buyer as of yesterday at 5:00 PM eastern.
That leaves 750,000 shares in the float.
So what do you think of the fact that 6 times the float has already traded in the first 20 minutes of today's trading? All within a tight trading range of $6.60 to $7.20.
Since virtually the entire float has been tendered, WHO, EXACTLY, IS SELLING MILLIONS OF SHARES OF LEND TODAY?
Are they violating Reg SHO?
