To whom it may concern

It is my prayer that the citizens of the USA do not find out how corrupt their financial watchdog, the SEC, truly is. The only honest thing that you have done in recent years is to take "Integrity" out of your motto.

The "grandfather clause" is a blatant attempt by the SEC to ALLOW Wall Street but more accurately the market makers and hedge funds to create and sell phantom shares, naked shares, counterfeit shares whatever name you wish to call them-------Oh, that's right--the SEC says that Naked shorts do not exist. But, now your dirty little secret is out, but only a few thousand know the truth. The national media is minding their handlers, but that won't last forever.

You are requesting comments, again, on reg sho. You are a joke--a joke that has cost this country, billions of dollars and millions of jobs and probably cures for many ailments. You did this by ALLOWING companies to be force into bankruptcies and your cronies to receive tax free money from selling counterfeit shares.

Your cronies need to pay for the counterfeit shares they have sold. They can start by paying the shareholders of CMKX.

Sincerely,

Robert D. Olson
