allowing to let market makers and individual to use phantom shares FTD"s with no intention of covering them driving prices down and companies out of business and investors robbed of their money
unlimited shares at the whim of thieves
I wish I was more literate so I could express more clearly how unethecal and criminal this behavior is that you are willing to allow to continue
You as custodians of the welfare of investors
should be put behind bars
