I am a shareholder in a diamond company called CMKM Diamonds (CMKX). This company has a very large Fail to Deliver as reported by the company attorney. I find it appalling that Market Makers are allowed to engage in this Blatantly Illegal Manipulation of selling counterfeit shares (FTD)'s. This is Illegal and should have been detected by the SEC's enforcement staff and severely punished. Why are our current LAWS not being enforced ?
We need answers from this Country's Leaders as to why Illegal stock sales are going unpunished and why efforts were made to "Forgive" those who stole from shareholders in the past.
