Do not steal, a basic rule of law?
It appears that the options market maker short sale exemption is a license to steal from baby boomers, like myself and my husband, who work and invest money to build a secure retirement income. Please remove the short sale exempt rule from your records. New rule for one and all: No exemptions, 3 day settlements, across the board?
