-Earlier in my comment I failed to mention that I am a cmkx shareholder. My thoughts/comments come from the short selling of this stock. People have lost a lot after investing in this stock.
We need our markets to be swept clean and kept honest. A $10,000 fine for stealing millions is not a severe enough punishment. When you compare the punishment to the crime, you are making it more than worth a person's while to steal. The really sad part if you are allowing them to steal from what use to be "middle" AMerica. They aren't stealing from the rich, only the poor. This is no "Robin Hood" scheme, this the the sheriff of Nottingham taking from the poor to stay rich and become richer.
