Mr. Cox you have knowledge of this naked shorting without borrowing share has been going on in other stocks besides bank stocks...This makes you an acessory to a crime...Which has been perpetrated on the American and Canadian investor...you are to lift the tick rule immediatly and stop naked short selling for all shares...no wonder this system is falling apart under you watch. The whole band of you should be under investigation.
